My goal is to walk with you as you find your way back home to yourself.
I specialize in helping women who grew up with emotionally immature, neglectful, or abusive parents learn the emotional and relational skills they were never taught. You may be an older teen preparing for adulthood, a college student navigating independence, a new mother afraid of repeating generational patterns, or even a grandmother realizing it’s finally your turn to heal. There is no “wrong” time to learn how to communicate clearly, set boundaries, regulate your emotions, or sit with discomfort.
Many of the women I work with have always been the strong one — hyper-independent, responsible, and dependable — yet internally anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure how to handle conflict in healthy ways. You might struggle with people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, conflict avoidance, or feeling “behind” in skills that seem to come naturally to others.
In our work together, therapy is not just a place to talk — it is a place to learn and practice. I provide weekly sessions using CPT, IFS, and DBT, along with meaningful homework and accountability. In-person Wednesdays only; virtual Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you’re ready, reach out to schedule a free consultation.
